1. About these terms
winsenrho.com is run by Winsen Labs (winsenlabs.com), which makes Winsen Rho ("we", "us"). Winsen Labs is based in India; its company details are on winsenlabs.com. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you use it for your organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
These terms cover this website and the Rho demo at demo.winsenrho.com, which has a few extra rules in section 12. The Rho product is provided only under a written agreement with us. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and share its pages. You agree not to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it, through the site;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems you are not meant to reach, or test their security without our written permission;
- overload, disrupt or scrape the site by automated means, beyond what search engines normally do;
- send us false information, spam or malicious code through our forms;
- present yourself as someone else, or suggest we endorse you when we don't.
If you find a security issue, please tell us at security@winsenrho.com and give us a reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
3. Our content and marks
The site's text, design, graphics and code, and the Winsen, Winsen Labs, Winsen Rho and Rho names and marks, belong to us or our licensors. You may use the assets on our press page to write about us, following the guidelines there. Anything else needs our written permission.
Names and logos of regulators and other organisations appear only to identify the rules and bodies we refer to. Their use does not mean they endorse or are affiliated with us.
4. What you send us
What you submit through our forms is handled as our privacy policy describes. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything, but we will not publish your personal details.
5. Information on the site, and its cutoff date
Regulatory information on this site is current as at 24 September 2026 (the "review date"), unless a page gives a different date. We reviewed each regulation card against the regulator's published text on or before that date. We don't update it continuously: laws, guidance, drafts and consultations published, finalised, amended or withdrawn after the review date are not reflected until we review the site again, and each page shows the date it was last reviewed.
Each card is labelled with the status of the text it describes, such as binding law, supervisory guidance, a draft or a consultation. Describing a rule, and the evidence Rho can supply for it, is not a statement that Rho, or any organisation using Rho, complies with that rule. Rho supplies evidence; compliance decisions, regulatory reports and model validation remain the responsibility of the organisation using it.
The site is general information, not legal, regulatory or compliance advice. How a rule applies depends on your circumstances. Rely on your own advisers and on the agreed terms of any contract with us, not on the site alone. Figures and screens shown on the site may be illustrative.
6. Links to other sites
We link to regulators, publications and other sites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we exclude all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Using the site is free.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
9. Changes and suspension
We may change the site, or these terms, at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim there.
11. General
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the site.
12. The Rho demo
The demo at demo.winsenrho.com is for evaluating Rho. By asking for access to it, you agree to these terms, including the following.
- It is fictional. Every bank, person, customer, call and figure in the demo is invented to show how Rho works. None of it is a real institution or customer, or a statement about any real organisation.
- It is shown as it is. The demo comes without warranty and is not legal, regulatory or other advice. Nothing in it says that any bank, vendor or system meets any rule: the bank holds the obligation, and Rho holds the evidence. We may change the demo, or end access to it, at any time.
- No real customer data without authorisation. The call auditor accepts a recording you upload or record. Do not upload real customer calls or other real customer data unless you are authorised to share them for this purpose. What you upload is processed and discarded, as our privacy policy explains.
- Access is personal, and by approval. Access is granted to the work email you asked with. Please don't share your sign-in codes. To decide who can use the demo we keep your request and a log of your visits.
